Individual Counselling

Couples & Relationship Counselling

Every relationship has its challenges. Whether you’re facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, or emotional distance, relationship counselling offers a space to talk honestly and safely—with the support of a neutral professional.

 

We work with couples and individuals in relationships of all types, helping you:

  • Reconnect and improve communication

  • Navigate difficult conversations

  • Rebuild trust or set healthy boundaries

  • Decide together what’s next

Holistic Support (External)

We recognise that emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to the body. That’s why we collaborate with trusted external practitioners who offer services such as massage therapy, creating a more rounded, calming support experience. You can combine talk therapy with holistic care to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and rebalanced.
